Offline and service is Pathetic

I just recently joined Supersonic. First of all I got my order nearly 7 days late and no way contact the delivery company or supersonic other than the What app line that never answers. I moved to supersonic as I was having speed issues with my previous ISP but being disconnected all the time is worse than slow speed internet. I have been offline and requested assistance and yet no one contacted me and if i am not online I loose money. Who will compensate me especially in these trying times?
