Nothing Super about Supersonic (Pathetic sonic)

The worst service ever.I've been offline since Tuesday the 30th.After numerous calls still not assisted.I was told that their turn around time is 24 to 48 hours.Then today, they lie to me that metro fiber is down.Why isn't my neighbour experiencing the same issue then? I experienced the same issue on the 17th and only got assisted on the 23rd.Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic!
