Nothing Super about Supersonic

No Tech Support with Mixed Feedback. LOS light has been red since Tuesday Morning. Logged a reference being SST*** and have not gotten any correct feedback. Keep following up and was advised it was an outage in the area yesterday technicians are busy. Today it got worse when I followed up to be told no tech person has been allocated.
