Nothing super about supersonic

Months ago requested to get my debit order date changed. Supersonic struggled for 2 months to get that right. I then changed my banking details, and again supersonic struggled to get that right. By then I was a month in arears because when they debited on the wrong date, I did not have enough money in my account. I contacted them to make arrangements and the following month, they only deducted one month. So I manually paid the money and we moved on. The following month, the same thing happened but theybsaid I was in arears with one month. I sent my proofs of payment again and again and got email confirmation that my account was up to date. But wait....there is more! This has now escallated where i was a month in arears again. I paid one month on 25 June, and informed them that I would pay the other once Inhave seen if they would deduct on 1 July, yesterday. And boy did they deduct! 4 months worth! I am now left with R15 in my account thanx to Supersonics math that isnt mathing.
