Nothing “Super” about Supersonic ...

I am writing this review in utter disappointment in Supersonic. I had purchased a certain fibre package 6 weeks ago. To date, router has not been delivered - when I call, no one ever knows what’s happening with my account and I get transferred over & over again. Someone even promised to email me and in true Supersonic style, they didn’t. I have been ignored for 6 going on 7 weeks since I app**** & approved debits on my account from Supersonic.

Utter disappointment, tomorrow I am calling to cancel the entire contract and look for a better service provider. This is garbage
