NOTHING SUPER ABOUT SUPER_SONIC!!

Is there no 0. Please please do yourself a favor and never sign up with Supersonic, their customer service is non excistent. You hold on for over 45min to speak to someone if your lucky. I have spoken to them since May regarding my service they decided to upgrade without my knowledge my payment increased with R100 I have been trying since then to get my service downgraded to my original package, I have logged over 15 tickets, spoken to 7 different consultants promised more the 4 times a call back which never happend. I eventually just had to cancel and go throught another provider. They are absolutely the worst!! I have no words left to explain what I have been through.
