Not worth the effort

I would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order for fibre. I have fibre to the home which works, I merely needed an ISP. I was assured of service in 7 to 14 working days. After 16 working days I am told that my order is with a project manager and no one knows how long delivery/set up will take. This is incredibly bad service.
