Not Super ANYTHING

Once upon a time I wanted to take out an LTE package with MTN but did not want to sign a contract. I either saw or found an advert for a place called Supersonic. They are reseller [or touch point as MTN calls them] for MTN's LTE offering(s). You can get an account from them, but on a month to month basis. So I signed up, did the paperwork and received my Sim card. There were a few issues when I fired up my router and the sim hadn't been activated yet, but this was resolved and off I went. The first problem that I encountered was that I was not able to track my usage - at all. This I raised with them numerous times and was given access on their website to a page that showed what my bundle size was - I'd taken a day/night combination. The first time I used the night portion of the bundle the account immediately went offline - this was resolved after a bit of back and forth. The issue of me not being able to check my utilization was never resolved. Fast forward to Saturday the 7th of December. I was online at about 10 am when the account was disconnected - as I write, this has not been resolved. The excuses range from - hey you tried to connect to another tower to what color are the lights on your router. I have given them them every opportunity to remedy this situation, but as of last night I've given up. I need to add that I DM'd the MTN twitter account and they fobbed me off - so, it's not just Super-not-sonic but it's also MTN's couldn't care less attitude. All I can say is STAY AWAY from this company and their LTE offering.
