Not so Supersonic

Awful. Got a mail from their lawyers claiming I was in arrears, sent POP for past year and asked for a statement from them and supersonic. Got neither except a new invoice for March. I paid until end march and cancelled. They cut me off 1 Feb. They claimed they sent me requests to pay but never received anything nor could they provide proof. WA service only works Mon- Fri and couldn’t get through in the week. Have gone with rain 5G and speeds and service are better. Nothing super about supersonic and I had a100mb uncapped fibre package that they always throttled until I called them. Shocking business
