Not so good anymore

In the beginning I the connection was good but lately after 8pm....when their business hours close their internet "closes" as well. Then I have to watch youtube on 144 resolution......and there is NO ONE to help....Reset router, nothing works. To the point where I really must get other service provider......I think I had enough now.
