NOT RECOMMENDED! RUDE AND UNHELPFUL!

-They end chats without resolving issues -They said they will not take responsibility for what their sales person has offered me on the recorded call -I've been calling for months for them to come fix the wifi that keeps dropping -They are saying my account is in arrears even though I've never missed a payment since 2020 AND I supp**** them with all my proof of payments (they closed the chat and ignored me when I did so) -Their managers are rude and raise their voice at me when I speak nicely to them -they overcharged me for 2 months when I had downgraded already

I think it's time to move on to another supplier
