Not happy paying client

The people who work here are super ***********. They are not problem solvers and yet refuse to escalate the matters to the supervisors and managers.

It seems they don’t have any and the lady by the name Mpumi does not have customer service etiquette. She needs to get out of that role, no listening skills none whatsoever.
