Not caring about the Customers

I've been trying to reach the Supersonic support for the past month regarding my account as they are not updating the payments made and the bill keep rising as nothing is updated and when trying to contact their support is worse because they don't reply whatsapp messages and not answering the phone calls.

this sis the worse I've ever experience and is like they don't care about their customer and now I'm looking forward to get my contract cancelled.
