Not calling back and still have clawback isseu

So yet again I am the one who needs to phone them after they has promise to call me back !!! This is truly the worst company ever ! and finally getting hold of the " superstar " All she can say "SORRY I SPEAK TO ALOT OF PEOPLE WHAT IS THIS ABOUT " after she PROMISED to call me back . So i asked about the clawback and she said to me that she spoke to a manager on the Friday ( the same day i said i want to speak to a manager and she said all of the are away till Monday ? and now she spoke the her on Friday ????????? ) and now i am told that the clawback is what it is .....how on earth can you be charger for a cancelation if you aske for a relocation and it was confirmed by the same " SUPERSTAR " suppose to be " that the relocation will be what i normally pay that it .....and now we paying triple because of a clawback and for work they did not even show up to do !!! Now when you ask to speak to a manager all what is siad " they are working from home " no wonder this place is going to ****.
