**********, None existent service, unkept promises

I have NEVER come across such ********** service, not only have they double debited my account for the month of Feb, I have tried numerous times to correct this to a point of saying keep the funds, do not debit me in March, called and their customer liaisons confirmed that the credit has been app**** to March, guess which fool got debited in March? Little old me, this should be called debit bullying!
