Non service/interest of a paid service provider!!!!@

I have reported my issue telephonically and through email. I have called in several times and spoken to various technicians to no avail. I have been issued with various ticket numbers, which I believe are the query reference numbers. The most recent ticket number is SST036124. None of the technicians I have spoken to has gotten back to me about the service which is not active. No response on the emails which I have sent regarding the non service. I am absolutely dissatisfied with this *********** service I have received from Supersonic. A service which is paid for. The staff have no regard for the customer, I believe!!! Worst service ever!!!!!!
