Non service

I am waiting for 3 weeks for a new router after they send me the wrong one.I have not heard anything since Now I am trying to get my money back but that also seems like a war.I have since gone with another internet but I need to pay them with the money supersonic owes me.This company is useless and do not know how to run a bussiness.They might as well close their doors.
