Non existing technical service!!!!!

For the first few years, it worked like a charm, then, just like that it went downhill fast. I keep losing connection. When I WhatsApp their consultants, I'm ALWAYS being asked to "reboot my router"! I keep telling them that I've had enough and want the problem fixed, but to no avail.
