Non delivery of services

I decided to switch from Afrihost to Supersonic despite all the negative reviews. I am now sitting without internet for two days! After paying R 999 last month for an uncapped LTE deal, I have yet to receive the service I paid for. I have made 3 calls to the call centre (wasting my airtime) and was assured that the modem/sim/data will be activated after 24 hours. The deadline has passed and I am still without internet. I have now been forced to purchase data from another network. The delivered Huawei modem still has a red light on since delivery. Supersonic please refund my money and fetch your ***** modem!

Hi Sandra

I called the call centre today and the issue has STILL not been resolved. My simcard has not been Rica'd despite all the promises, 4 days and counting. I have wasted money purchasing data so I can teach online. I paid R 999 to supersonic and have not received the service. Total cost now stands at R 450 including airtime spent calling the call centre. Im tired of hearing that a case has been opened and the matter has been escalated, each day I call the call centre they tell me the same thing.

I have now purchased another 25GB from Afrihost in-order to teach my classes. My cost is now R 600 + R 999 (Supersonic) = R 1599 for the month of December! With each passing day I incur R200 in data costs when I SHOULD BE USING MY UNCAPPED line from Supersonic! 5 days to RICA a sim card which was meant to be RICA'd on delivery!
