No wifi connection for over a week without any assistance or answers from the provider.

I have been without wifi connection since 11 July. Tried on numerous occasions to get assistance from call centre agents, whatsapp channel and email to their accounts team and normal email channels including management details - to no avail. The last agent informed me that the username is blocked and a technician will assist further. To date and still daily attempts from my side bears no fruit or assistance. Paying for a service that is not forthcoming or assisted.
