NO WIFI CONNECTION AFTER TWO WEEKS OF MAKING A PAYMENT

I have been having a issue with Supersonic between the incompetence of the agents and being on the phone for long hours with no help to being transferred from one agent to another agent. I have spoken, to Luzane, Dimakatso, Reabetswe, Mpilo, Palesa, Munge I am sure this is the whole call centre at this point and no one can help e instead they keep telling me Vumatel must still authorise however no one can give me Vumatels contacts or email address or even get a manger to get back to me. This service was meant to save me on data cost however it has cost me an arm and a leg in the past week between the calls raging to an hour and no one calling back as advised.

I am so unhappy with their service, very disappointing and no one seems to be able to help I really wouldn't advise anyone to us Vuma or supersonic ever.
