No Wifi and No help from Supersonic!

If I could give a ZERO I would!! I haven't had Wifi for 4 days now. The technical support number is useless; they have you holding for over 30mins only to tell you to unplug the wifi thing. No solutions and I can't speak to a team that can actually fix what's wrong. I study and work from home and I've spent close to R1000 on data so far. What a horrid and useless company!
