No Technical support or customer service

I have not used Supersonic for 3 years now, I had thought they have improved biggest mistake. Customer service and Technical Support is absolutely useless. You end up paying for nothing, you will not get any value for your money. If they can't offer something they will not tell you but you will experience problems which will not be resolved and have to wait 1 year to return their equipment with no charge to you. Honestly it reaping me off and frustrating. They fail to troubleshoot.
