No Support when needed
Service has been working great for a while until the router just stopped working. Been trying daily for almost 2 weeks to get a new router shipped and when we try to call there is no answer. If you're lucky enough to get an answer on WhatsApp, every agent has a different story, and still no router shipped. No one is helping. We have to pay for a service we cannot even use.
