No support for customers
No support from Supersonic. They failed to bill me for the first few months of taking their fibre and showed up with a huge bill months later. This is despite my efforts of trying to get hold of them initially and now they won't even respond to my quest to either terminate the service or s**** the bill.

20 Mar 2023, 14:01I am asking whose responsibility it was to ensure that the bill was sent monthly. Prior to this, when did Supersonic send the first bill? The sms you are referring, did it have a payment details or it was merely a generic sms? The fibre connection was on and the devices were automatically connected but usage does not mean I am liable for Supersonic failing to bill for the service they continually provided without any means to recoup the due monthly payments.
If this cannot be resolved by resetting the bill, I would kindly like that the service is terminated and the equipment be collected/couriered.
