No Support and Hidden costs

I have never had a worse service provider ever, internet was fine but that support was terrible and frustraiting to the max, not only that after more than a year with them i cancelled they tell me i will be liable for payment of the return of there router, what bull****, DO NOT USE SUPERSONIC, only reason i gave 1 star is cause 0 is not available.
