No Supersonic service

Good Day

For the past 2 weeks if been trying to get supersonic to find out what to do to cancel my account i have send mails to there cancellation department(2) and billing department(1) to cancel and still no feed back. I have called them and is on hold and no answer. Today when i call them the machine operator or answering machine said they will call back. Or the let you go to nr 1 and get pushed back to nr 24. There fast to collect there money but cannot respond to problems. Supersonic customer service is the worsts I have seen ever -10 star if its possible.
