No Solution for 6 weeks!!!

And here I am again going on 6 weeks and my issues have not been sorted and supersonic is adding chargers to my account every other day as they see fit, clearly their finance department does not know how to do calculations. I keep getting told that Goodenough is on my case from the finance department but it looks like he is not doing much work if my refund case has been with him for over 2 weeks. What more do we have to do to have our issues sorted. Your financial incompetence is messing up our credit scores, which most of us have worked really hard to keep clean. Please get a decent finance department that can do calculations.
