No service....bull****ting customers

Supersonic - I am so incredibly sorry I have ever ordered a f-lte rooter from you!!!!! Your service is pathetic. I was on the phone from 8am until 3pm. Every time I get passed from the one operator to the next. I had three promisses from them that they will give a call back!!!! Nothing happened. How long can it then take to RICA and activate your sim card. I am so so disappointed. I want to return the product to them and they can shuff it where it beligs. I a very very upset. Just a lot of bull****!!!!
