No Service, Pathetic Support

What can I say ? How is this company able to stay afloat with such pathetic service ? Their attempt to provide some sort of automated support via Whatsapp falls way sort of the purpose of it and all you get from them is, We have directed you request to the suitable channel and then IF you do perhaps get some response, it ends with an empty promise that it will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. 4 Days later and you have to start from scratch, going through all the request information already provided. Then they don't even give you access to your account statements and while trying to get some info on my account I realized why......They have not clue what is happening and every person you speak to in the accounts department has a different version or excuse..... Is is so difficult to get frequent statements and to upgrade my package........requested 4 days ago ???? OMW 11111
