No service

I placed an order for fibre at the end of June. Since then I have received ZERO response, not even a confirmation email. I have called 5 times and each time I am promised someone will contact me within 24-48 hours, still nothing. No one seems to be able to just get the order going. This is really disgusting service for someone who is trying to become a customer. It is as simple as coming to install a line from the existing infrastructure.
