No service but money deducted

I am so disappointed and frustrated with supersonic, as a previous client who got their order after a day of ordering I have been waiting for over 7 days for my 5G order. There's been no communication but monet was deducted upon ordering and when I finally called on the 7th day I was told my order was only processed the day before and was promised it would be escalated and I will get a message yesterday and delivery by Friday.Guess what, I'm am still waiting for the message, an invoice or confirmation from them.
