No service after 2 weeks of no internet

Our internet went down two weeks ago and no technician has been sent out to date. I work from home and have to now buy data after also paying my fibre account for the month of August. They refuse to release the line so we can find a new ISP even though they’re in breach already, we still have to givd 30 days notice. Please, don’t use Supersonic
