NO service!

I registered for FTTH in June and the package said FREE installation. The 3rd party technician/installer contacted me about 3 weeks after my initial request on the Supersonic website (not 7-14 days as mentioned on website). They then came and gave me an installation quote for over R3k. That is more than the competition charge who use the same fibre line. What happened to FREE installation? 3rd party installer can't help, say I must contact Supersonic. I have tried getting hold of someone via Whatsapp, Facebook but no reply. I get automated messages stating that request has been escalated but still nothing. They claim to install in 7-14 days, it has now been almost 2 months.
