No service

I am not happy with the service I'm receiving, my account is suspended I've been calling for the past 30minutes and logged a ticket no one has assisted me so far, on their system it says payment in advance, I have made payment and my account is still suspended. Whether I WhatsApp, call, or logging a ticket there is no assistance. So I can't work because my connection is suspended yet I paid
