Supersonic, why are you a tech company under the MTN umbrella with no chatbot or WhatsApp functionality? Why doesn't the contact number on your website get answered? It's easier to get hold of government departments than your agents. Your signal strength fluctuates so much that even if you are on a 240mbps/240mbps package, download speeds are often under 10mbps. And how do I log a complaint if no one answers the phone?
