No Router, No Service, Sick and Tired

Signed up on 28 May, Supersonic has still not sent a router to me. When a phone is answered they say a supervisor will call me back. 18 Calls to Supersonic and haven't been called back once. Every single stage of getting online with you guys is a nightmare. It is impossible to be this bad at service. It has to be malicious.
