No router, no service, just a *******

You cannot follow through your order with them effectively as they operate on a whatsapp line and their call Centre is absolutely useless to get through and if you do, they will cut you of. No service delivery. Almost made a huge mistake to get them as a internet service provider as they make promises to vumatel and the like but they don't deliver to them or their potential customers. Sent several massages but they don't respond and we were waiting indefinate for the installation although vuma had their side done within 2 days. I can clearly see their response to this.... Please provide us with your ID or account number and we will pass you to an agent to assist you. This is all you will get from them.
