No response from Supersonic for 6 days

The service is pathetic. They are quick to take your money but when you need support, they don't get back to you. I have logged multiple tickets on your website and chatted in via WhatsApp. You leave your customers in a loop where you never get through to an agent. I have paid my Wifi and have been disconnected for 6 days now, getting no response. This is the worst service I have ever received from a service provider. I will be switching my service to Afrihost.
