No response from supersonic

The sales part went well but I bought a 50gig topup yesterday afternoon and my router still isnt working. We need it to work from home, been calling, no answer. Emailed and got a response that said I must speak to them on Whatsapp as that email address is unattended. What sapped them no response. Also you cannot see how much data you have left in their portal. Frustrating not getting a response.
