No response from Supersonic 3 weeks without internet

It’s been more the three weeks without the internet. I’ve signed up with SuperSonic on 3 March 2026, everytime I call the support like I’m told I have to wait a few days more to activate my service. I want to know how many more days will it take to have internet. It is now 26 March 2025.
