No response from Supersonic

Literally created this account just to review supersonic. Firstly its quite disappointing because they dont respond to your enquires like what the hell? They dont give you an ETA, I ordered a router and I am going to start working remotely in a days and I needed this router to be here by earlier and active but they not responding to any queries. Its disappointing and I honestly want to cancel because this is not how to treat customers
