Hello,

I have sent an email on Monday September 28, 2020; requesting a payment extension till October 06, 2020, however I have not received a response .

Furthermore, I called you billing dept that said they cant help but I needed to send the email that sent on Monday September 28, 2020. I have not heard anything back since.

Please assist as soon as possible please and please respond via email (better)
