No reliable service for existing clients
Terrible service and no reliability for existing clients when something goes wrong - have spoken to multiple agents in call centre each call is just them advising they will get it fixed as soon as possible and will stay in contact and keep me updated (zero updates) - no internet since Friday evening and still no feedback on when technician will arrive
