NO PAYMENT ALLOCATION MONTHS LATER REF SST171558, SST265785, SST259191, SST265785

Not sure what the accounts department does all day but they CEERTAINLY DO NOT ALLOCATE PAYMENTS. I have 2 payments that have still not been allocated over a month from the date of payment. I have raised this via the portal, WhatsApp, email, Facebook and Hello Peter and STILL NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN - I'm not sure who I need to kick up the **** to have the payments allocated or if I need to log a complaint with ICASA to have this resolved but I am officially OVER THE **** SERVICE!!
