No one can assist to have vat number added to invoice

A simple request to add a vat and registration number onto our invoice seems to be impossible for SuperSonic. Been dealing with people who do not provide progress feedback, last person being Feni Zizonke who called me on Friday to say no progress and since then quiet. I have made countless calls and sent numerous emails the last 1.5 weeks. I just need my March invoice (and every other month thereafter) reflecting vat and reg number please. SARS wont be impressed that we as vat vendors cannot provide adequate invoices with our correct details.
