No internet service, and long queues.

I have a 50/50 Fibre line and my internet is off for like an hour. I called them and waited on the line for over 20 minutes. Eventually someone came on the line and I explained the issue to them on ly to find out I had 1 minute remaining. I asked the lady if she will call me back and she said that she won't be able to. She said that she suspects it could be an outrage so she had to log a call with Vumatel. I asked her to sms me the reference number, I have not received anything yet. A person waits so long for someone to answer and when they do, the airtime is already exhausted and they won't even call you back.
