NO INTERNET FOR MORE THAN A MONTH!!!

I paid on the 26 of August and still my line is not up. This has been so terrible and such an inconvenience, they keep quiet and never get back to you on anything. On Saturday 03 October they brought the router, that’s a month later. The router is sitting there and there is no internet, they say it take up to 72hrs to get internet setup. I am defeated by such poor service, it’s beyond poor it’s the worst service ever.

This is my second review!

Hi Joshua,

A week has went by and there is still no connection. This is too much now, if you can’t get anyone to fix this problem or even respond to you after you’ve escalated something, how bad will it be when I have any other issue ????????♂️
