No internet for 4 days with SUPERSONIC Mtn Airfiber

#SS*** Supersonic Mtn Airfiber Supersonic has the worse turnaround time in history 24 to 72 business hours. I have been sitting without internet from Sunday 10 May 2026. I have called and WhatsApped alot of times just for them to tell me that they have let the 2nd line support know that I am doing a follow up. Is that even feedback??? Worse experience ever with the WhatsApp agents and call center. Service Level sucks.
