No internet for 4 days and no solution or resolution offered.

I have been without internet for 4 days and when I follow up on when a technician will come I’m told they don’t know as the service is outsourced.

Unacceptable. I depend on the internet for my job and to not have this matter resolved in 4 days is ridiculous!
